A 3 bedroom home with flatlet was fully transformed with a full renovation of all finishes internally. Lindley & Co took charge of this renovation providing the renovation team, managing the entire build from start to finish. We transformed the dated home with new flooring, paint, lighting, bathroom revamps and new furniture throughout. The brief was “masculine but sophisticated”, we worked with a simplified but bold palette adding a lot of luxe textures and bold silhouettes. We commissioned custom art pieces to compliment the “minimal” interior. The result was a striking home that exuded bold sophistication with a minimalist style. Lindley & Co also had a hand in transforming the garden and new bar enclosure.
